ed51acb72e4d4ae485e867ef8eeb9566.png何其华:博士,北京大学医学部教授级高级工程师。北京大学医药卫生分析中心生物成像与分析实验室副主任,兼任北京电镜学会副理事长,中国电镜学会理事及激光共聚焦专业委员会副主任,生物医学工程光子学分会委员。

教育经历:北京大学,细胞生物学,博士;北京大学,生物物理学,硕士;浙江大学,生物医学工程,学士。

工作经历:长期致力于生物成像技术应用研究,包括激光共聚焦成像、双光子成像、超高分辨成像和太赫兹成像,负责激光扫描共焦显微镜Confocal平台和图像分析平台的建立、建设及管理。搭建了传统单光子共聚焦平台,转盘共聚焦显微镜平台、正置双光子和单分子FCS平台、倒置双光子和荧光寿命成像检测平台及STED超高分辨成像和SMD单分子检测平台。获得过三次北京大学实验技术成果奖,两次为二等奖,一次为三等奖。为研究生和医学实验班本科生开设相关技术课程。编写十多万字Confocal培训教材。编写科学出版社出版《Techniques in Confocal Microscopy》英文原著的导读及前言、封底和目录的翻译,参编《细胞生物学》、《受体研究技术》等4部教材,发表SCI论文四十余篇。同时从事神经肿瘤干细胞相关研究。

1. 科技部国家重大仪器开发项目“相干太赫兹源科学仪器设备开发”( 项目编号2011YQ130018)子任务“移动式QCL-THz全息成像仪的需求使用方案”( 子项目编号2011YQ13001806);资助金额100万;为子任务负责人。

2.国家自然科学基金(重点项目2016,项目批准号是31530084 )”囊泡转运参与重要膜蛋白功能的调控机制”;资助经费335.8万元,在研,项目主要参与者,其中北京大学作为合作单位,本人项目经费分配为26.8万元。

3. 国家自然科学基金(面上基金2012)“TIRFM-FCS成像系统搭建及其在膜蛋白单分子应用的研究”,项目编号:31270412;资助金额:90万(本人经费13.5万);项目主要参与者,其中北京大学作为合作单位,本人项目经费分配为13.5万元。

1.双光子在体成像技术方法学研究和应用研究(如微血管、血流、血脑屏障、血管通透性、脑、脊髓及各种脏器在体成像)

2.荧光寿命成像FLIM(FLIM-FRET)和荧光相关(互相关)光谱FCS/FCCS单

分子SMD检测方法学研究及应用研究(如蛋白质相互作用)。

3.STED超高分辨成像技术方法学研究及应用研究(如线粒体内膜、EGFRVIII转运途径)

4.太赫兹全息成像技术的胶质瘤病理检测研究
